🔄 Faulty or Defective Items – Replacement Policy
We take product quality seriously and encourage all customers to inspect their items upon delivery or pickup.
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- If an item is faulty or damaged, contact us via phone or email with photos/videos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement within 5 business days, depending on stock availability.

🚨 Important:
We cannot accept claims for replacement, exchange, credit, or refunds for damaged goods after 7 days from the delivery or pickup date.
📦 Change of Mind & Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please review the following return conditions:
✅ Return Requests:
- All return requests must be submitted via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email mangobathroom@gmail.com with your invoice number, name, contact details, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, goods must be returned within 7 days from the claim date.
✅ Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- If the original packaging is damaged or missing, a 10% re-packaging fee will apply.
- Returns are only accepted for incorrect orders or change-of-mind purchases—not for installed or used items.
🚚 Shipping Costs:
- Freight and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
⏳ Refund Processing Time
- Refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take 3-7 business days to appear.
